We offer Mindfulness Workshops!

Our Workshops can be Online or In Office. We offer 3 types of Mindfulness Workshops.
1. 1 hour workshop
The seminar is an hour and I would speak on a few different mindfulness techniques. I also take the participants through the techniques as well so people can get an understanding of what it is I am speaking about. The techniques can be very specific for each business, so it's always good for me to get a sense of what your objective is so that I am teaching the best ones.
2. Half Day workshop 9am - 12pm or 1pm - 4pm
The first half of this workshop goes over techniques used for mindfulness, specific to your business offerings and objectives. Each technique is taught and then again gone through by each participant together as a class. There is time for questions before a 20 minute break. The second half of the seminar is the participants pairing up and teaching and taking their partner through the technique, if there are odd numbers in the class then I join as a participant. The last part of the class is focused on mindful listening with their partner and then we go through a dynamic guided meditation and Q&A.
3. Weekend Workshop at State of Mind Centre (Max attendees 6)
Day 1: Saturday
9:00am - 10:00am: Introduction and Guided Meditation
10:00am - 11:00am: Mindful Art - Emphasis is on creating rather than the outcome (Based on my program 'Breaking the Barriers to Creativity'
11:00am - 12:00pm: Mindful Communication
Speaking on the importance of mindful communication in personal and professional relationships.
Attendees practice active listening skills by partnering up and taking turns listening to each other in mindful ways, using the learned techniques.
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch
1:00pm - 2:00pm: Mindful Movement
Attendees go through a gentle (Seated) Hatha yoga stretching session.
They are encouraged to focus on their breath and movement and to be present in the moment.
2:00pm - 3:00pm: Mindful Journaling
Attendees are provided with a journal and a prompt to mindfully write about. Mindful writing techniques are taught beforehand.
Day 2: Sunday - Bring Lunch
9:00am - 10:00am: Introduction and Guided Meditation with intentional breathing
10:00am - 11:00am: Mindful Listening (Learning and practicing)
11:00am - 12:00pm: Mindful Eating and Gratitude Practice
Attendees bring their lunch to the workshop and will learn and practice mindful eating followed by a gratitude exercise
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Stream Technique is taught - Wrap-Up and Q&A
Attendees will learn our Stream Technique to help people release stuck energy/anxiety.
Weekend's activities will be summarized and the importance of incorporating mindfulness in daily life.
Attendees are given a workbook at the beginning of the weekend which outlines everything that we go through + more.
This is theirs to keep and reference. Everything for the weekend is supplied, attendees only need to bring their lunch on Sunday.
