A little bit about me.

At State of Mind Hypnosis & Training Centre, we believe in a holistic approach to healing. After hypnosis helped to pull me out of a deep depression, sleep disorder and anxiety phase, I knew I wanted to help others in the same way. With my credentials as a Hypnofit® Hypnosis Specialist, 5-PATH Hypnosis® , 7th Path Self Hypnosis®, Pain Management, Gastric Band, Life Between Lives, Past Life Regression and QHHT®, combined with my Bachelor of Industrial Design, I provide a unique and comprehensive hypnosis experience. Together, we can explore the power of the mind and discover how to make lasting, positive change.
