Refund Policy: No Refunds for Missed, Rescheduled, or No-Show Sessions

At State of Mind Hypnosis & Training Centre, we are committed to providing a valuable and effective service to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate changes to scheduled appointments. However, it is essential to maintain fairness and consider the availability of our services for all clients. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy regarding missed, rescheduled, or no-show sessions.

1. Missed Sessions: If a client misses a scheduled session without prior notice or fails to attend at the appointed time, no refund will be issued. We allocate specific time slots to our clients, and a missed session means that this time cannot be reallocated to another client who may have been waiting for an appointment.

2. Rescheduled Sessions: Clients are welcome to request rescheduling of their sessions, provided they give us at least 24 hours notice in advance. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduled sessions within our availability. However, if a client requests rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice or repeatedly reschedules, we reserve the right not to issue a refund for the original session's fee.

3. No-Show Sessions: A "no-show" session occurs when a client fails to appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notice or explanation. In the case of a no-show, no refund will be provided. The time allocated for the session could have been made available to another client, and a no-show disrupts our scheduling and service provision.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered in extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their situation and potential options.

By scheduling a session with State of Mind Hypnosis & Training Centre, you agree to abide by this refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to maintain the quality and availability of our services for all our valued clients.
This refund policy is effective as of our opening date of October 3rd, 2020 and may be subject to updates or changes at our discretion. Clients will be notified of any revisions to the policy.
