This is an Experiential workshop that focuses on strengthening connection with our Higher Self through self-expression and art.

No art experience it training of any kind is required.

This workshop aims to heal your Spirit and Soul! It is not about painting skills, artistic talent, techniques, styles, perfection or comparison to others. It is all about YOU experiencing the Joy of self-expression by re-connecting to the inner-most Core of your Being.
