Cancellation & Refund Policy

At State of Mind Hypnosis & Training Centre, we understand that life doesn't always go according to plan. We aim to be fair, flexible, and respectful of your circumstances while also protecting the time reserved for your appointment.
Appointment Deposits
A 50% deposit is required when booking a paid hypnosis session or mentorship appointment. This deposit reserves your appointment time and is applied toward the total cost of your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
24 hours or more notice: You may reschedule your appointment or request a refund of your deposit.
Less than 24 hours notice: Your deposit may be retained to account for the reserved appointment time.
Missed appointments: If you do not attend your scheduled session without notifying us, your deposit may be forfeited.
When Life Happens
We recognize that unexpected circumstances, illness, emergencies, and other situations beyond your control can arise.
If something happens that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
We review these situations individually and may offer an exception or an opportunity to reschedule without penalty.
Our intention is never to create additional stress during a difficult situation, but to maintain a fair booking process for everyone.
Cancellations by State of Mind
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payments made for that appointment.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
Processing times may vary depending on Stripe and your financial institution.
Completed Sessions
Once a session has been provided, payments for that completed service are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Training Programs & Workshops
Training programs, workshops, and other educational offerings may have separate cancellation and refund conditions.
Any applicable terms will be communicated at the time of registration.
