Both circles are educational mentorship discussions. Attendance does not provide practitioner certification or qualify participants to facilitate techniques outside their training.

A Little About Me
I'm Hilary, a professional hypnotist, hypnosis trainer, and founder of State of Mind Hypnosis & Training Centre.
Over the course of nearly 2,000 hypnosis sessions, including extensive work in spiritual regression, I've encountered the kinds of questions and situations that don't always appear in training manuals.
I've learned that becoming a confident hypnotist isn't simply about memorizing techniques. It's about understanding your choices, remaining flexible, and developing your own professional judgment.
I enjoy sharing what I've learned and creating space for other hypnotists to ask questions, explore ideas, and grow in their practice.
My mentorship style is conversational, practical, welcoming, and grounded in real-world experience.

A Few Things to Know
Do I need to be a certified hypnotist?
No. Hypnosis students, newly certified hypnotists, and experienced practitioners are welcome. However, mentorship is educational and does not replace formal practitioner training.
Can I join the Regression Circle without regression training?
You may attend to learn about the field, ask questions, and understand professional considerations. However, participation does not qualify you to facilitate regression sessions with others. Appropriate training and competence are essential before practising these techniques.
Will I get to ask my own questions?
Yes! Each session is limited to six participants to encourage discussion. You can submit a question when booking, and we'll explore as many questions as time allows.
Is this a formal training course?
No. These are interactive professional mentorship circles, not certification courses, competency assessments, or substitutes for formal hypnosis or regression training.
Can I discuss a client experience?
General questions and carefully anonymized examples are welcome. Please do not share client names, identifying information, or confidential details. Because this is a group setting, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Please check the booking details for any recording arrangements. Do not assume a replay will be available. Participants should not record or distribute group discussions without everyone's permission.
What if I need more personal guidance?
Individual hypnosis mentorship is also available through State of Mind Hypnosis & Training Centre if you would prefer dedicated one-to-one time.
What if I need to cancel?
Please review the cancellation and rescheduling terms shown during Calendly booking. If a session is cancelled by the host, you'll be offered a new date or a refund.
