1. Our Services
State of Mind Hypnosis & Training Centre offers hypnosis sessions, past life regression, spiritual exploration sessions, hypnotist mentorship, training, and related educational resources.
Our services are intended to support personal development, self-exploration, learning, and individual goals.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
2. Bookings and Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system, Calendly.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and attending your appointment at the scheduled time.
Online sessions require a reliable internet connection, a suitable device, and a private, comfortable environment.
3. Payments and Deposits
A 50% deposit is required when booking applicable paid sessions. The deposit is applied toward the total session cost.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Any remaining balance is payable according to the arrangements communicated during booking.
Prices and availability may change, but changes will not affect an existing confirmed booking unless agreed upon.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit, although exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.

Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
5. Hypnosis Sessions and Personal Responsibility
Participation in hypnosis sessions is voluntary.
Experiences and responses to hypnosis vary from person to person. No particular experience or outcome is guaranteed.
Our services are not intended to replace medical care, mental health care, diagnosis, or advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
You remain responsible for your personal decisions and for seeking appropriate professional assistance when needed.
6. Past Life Regression and Spiritual Exploration
Past life regression, Life Between Lives hypnosis, and other spiritually oriented sessions are offered as opportunities for subjective personal exploration.
Experiences arising during these sessions are not presented as independently verified historical events or scientific proof of spiritual concepts.
Participants are encouraged to interpret their experiences according to their own beliefs and understanding.
7. Training and Educational Programs
Training programs, workshops, and mentorship are intended for educational and professional development purposes.
Program content, schedules, fees, completion requirements, and any applicable certification criteria will be communicated in the relevant program information.
