The 1 Minute Workout & Releasing Weight Instead of Losing Weight!

Updated: Jan 30

Weight loss is a journey that often involves not only physical changes but also mental and emotional shifts. In this post, we will explore two ways hypnosis can assist with weight loss!

Two Tips!

  1. Releasing Weight: One of the primary ways hypnosis assists with weight loss is by transforming your relationship with food and increasing Self Love and Confidence. We start to let go of old patterns and that also involves the words we've been using! We let the body know that we would like to Release Weight instead of Losing Weight, this is because the subconscious mind has never really liked the idea of losing something. Think about something you've lost and you haven't spent time searching for to get back! Start saying to yourself, "I would like to release this weight!" Feels better, doesn't it!

  2. The 1 Minute Workout: Weight loss requires motivation, commitment, and confidence in your ability to succeed. After years of struggling there can be a deeper lack of trust in yourself. Start to look at movement as 1 minute a day. When I say to clients, I want you to work out every day!, they start to panic a little, then I say, for 1 minute! Then we laugh about it. We need those little wins to gain self trust again! You might even find that the 1 minute becomes 5 minutes, and so on.

Conclusion:

Hypnosis for weight loss is a holistic approach that addresses the mental and emotional aspects of this journey. By changing your relationship with food, boosting motivation and confidence, and addressing stress and emotional eating, hypnotherapy can be a valuable tool in your weight loss efforts. The concept of "Releasing Weight" reminds us that weight loss is not just about shedding pounds but also about releasing stuck emotions and embracing a healthier, happier version of ourselves.
